Terms and Conditions

Droplink is a SaaS platform for store connection, product research, order forwarding, threshold billing, credits, and referral workflows.

Droplink does not manufacture products, own inventory, operate warehouses, or perform physical shipping.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must use the service for lawful commercial activity.
• You must comply with applicable ecommerce, tax, and consumer laws.

• Subscriptions may be billed monthly, quarterly or annually.
• Charges renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Where a free trial is offered (once per customer), it lasts 7 days. You can cancel free of charge within the first 2 days (48 hours) after the trial starts. After that, the subscription continues and the first payment is charged when the trial ends.
• After the first payment, you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Included credits reset each billing cycle unless stated otherwise.

• Credits reset according to the active plan rules.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Abuse or manipulation of the credit system may lead to suspension or termination.

• Order costs can accumulate in your account balance.
• Threshold events may trigger automatic payment collection.
• Failed payments may pause fulfillment or account access.
• Droplink does not guarantee shipping time, supplier stock, or third-party availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Droplink is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses caused by third-party services.

Any total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid during the previous three months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

All platform software, infrastructure, branding, and content remain the exclusive property of Droplink or its licensors.

Droplink may update these Terms with reasonable notice.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
